Return and Exchange

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. After you place an order we confirm it with you on WhatsApp, pack the painting and send it with a courier. We will message you the tracking details once it has shipped.

Payment

Orders are cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the painting reaches you. Please keep your phone on so the courier can reach you.

Please check on arrival

Open the parcel when it arrives and check the painting. If it is damaged or is not the painting you ordered, message us on WhatsApp the same day with photos and we will make it right.

Returns and exchange

Because every painting is handmade, colours may look slightly different from the photos on your screen. Custom paintings made for you cannot be returned. For anything else, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will look at it with you.
